MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Inclusion and social adaptation
Through the creation of jobs, we want to offer people at risk of social exclusion the opportunity to participate in different workshops to develop skills, share experiences, and make new friends. This will enhance their integration into society and prevent or overcome risks of social isolation
Leverage of skills and self-esteem
Using training and creative activities in the workshop, participants will develop appropriate competencies that will promote their reinclusion into labor market and self-confidence in their abilities
Platform for dialogue and interaction
We want the workshops to become safe place where people of different social status, age, and cultural groups can freely meet, communicate, and support each other
Social entrepreneurship
As the workshops develop, social enterprises could be created, which would set long-term support for the target group
